Mark is such a pleasant person to speak with I have a discontinued spa that finally bit the dust after 19 years. Mike was first more interested in repairing it but with the concern of other things going wrong since it was 19 years old. We finally decided to purchase the South seas 850 L at a great price.

This hot tub is EXACTLY what we wanted! Great quality, soothing and relaxing. We sit in it every night. I would recommend to anyone! It’s our first one but if I ever have to, I will be buying another Artesian!

Since 2002, I have had terrible back spasms. I literally complained daily about my back! We finally made the investment to buy a hot tub and one my family could enjoy for years to come. With that said, 2 months later, my back feels 200% better and I havent complained once. The reality of it is, 15 minites at night and hydrotherapy will help heal you! I am never one to leave reviews, but after my experience with Artesian Spas I felt the need to share. We recently added a deck on the back of our house so we could put a spa in. I’ve always known I wanted an Artesian Spa someday because of the quality, but I honestly never expected it to be THIS GOOD. My husband and I are runners. The hydrotherapy benefits from our Eagle Crest Elite have been incredibly helpful for recovery, which is a huge bonus for us on top of the expected relaxation benefits. We both feel way less achy and we joke that it’s our time machine since we feel younger after a soak. It truly is a fountain of youth!

When our 1st beloved spa reached the end of life it was an easy decision to go once again with Artesian. Our beautiful huge tub is amazing and the therapeutic quality is unmatched. The whole family can relax in comfort. It’s what gets us through the harsh winter in New England!

Our Santa Cruz was delivered in March 2020. Since then we have used it just about every day. We sure are enjoying having our own oasis in the backyard. Andrew from Blue Lagoon in Wenatchee, WA has been so much help from the buying process, to all our silly questions. The Santa Cruz, may be small, but it is mighty, and just the right size for us.

very happy with all the young guys that came to take away my old tub and bring the new one, Especially
appreciated Jeff and Matt. Matt was so helpful and informative about what to do and how to do things.

Can’t wait to use it, just getting it set-up today! Will let you know how it feels on the inside..if it’s anything like the outside..we are pretty excited!

This is my second artesian spa my first i had for over 7 years never had a problem, just moved house and thought we would upgrade to a antigua 33.

We love our Wisteria. Couldn’t find any real reviews so I thought this would be helpful. If you’re looking for no frills, where luxury meets budget, Wisteria (garden spas) is a sweet spot. No fountain, less jets than some other models, but when wired to 220, the Wisteria operates beautifully. We spend hours in it every night. Our family of four is comfortable with room for at least one more person. At 82 x 82 it’s a hair smaller than most 7′ tubs but you would never know. And it’s plenty deep. Almost too deep for my family. Only issue is that it shipped without a cover so I’ve had to rig a cover for now. Overall we are thrilled and it’s a complete game changer. I wish I could post more than one photo.

Seating configuration- it’s simply the best we have ever used.
We are quite pleased and would recommend the 751L Rio Elite to anyone wanting a 5-6 person
tub.

My wife and I just had our Spa set up the Rio Elite it fits in our outdoor living area perfect. The Spa we Pick has the lounger and LOTS of Jets as my wife has restless leg syndrome and neck and back issues. We relaxed in the spa for about an hour and she slept the best she has every slept in years. Thank you for making a Great Product, and from start to finish it was a great experience. My wife and I look forward to many relaxing times in our New Spa.

We are very, very pleased with our Kona Artesian Spa. We have wanted a spa since we built our new home in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains. My wife built a Pergola for the spa area. The Great Backyard Place sales and service were very helpful in making our choice. Needless to say we are very happy enjoying our spa almost every evening.

We just wanted to say a few kind words about our Artesian Island Spa and the installation and service from Olson Spas in Big Bear Lake California. This is our first time owning a hot tub/ spa and we can’t be any happier with it and the process. The quality of the spa is beyond expectations.
